Products may be:
-unique or produced in small quantities,
-hand-finished,

We do not guarantee restocks or repeat availability.

-Prices are stated in EUR.
-Other currencies may be displayed for convenience only.
-Exchange rate differences and banking fees are the responsibility of the customer.
8. Duties and Taxes
Depending on the destination, orders may be shipped with duties and taxes included (DDP) or payable upon delivery (DAP/DDU).
Where such charges are not included, the recipient is responsible for payment.
We are not responsible for:
-customs duties or tax amounts,
-decisions of customs authorities,
-delays caused by import procedures.

10. Complimentary Shipping
Recommended:
All prices displayed on the website represent the final amount payable by the customer and, where applicable, include shipping, duties, and taxes.
Shipping costs are either included in the final price or calculated at checkout, depending on the order value and delivery destination.
11. Refused or Unclaimed Shipments
If a shipment is returned due to customer-related reasons, we may deduct:
-outbound shipping costs,
-return shipping costs,
-customs charges,
-administrative fees.
12. Claims & Conformity
-Consumers have the right to submit claims regarding product conformity in accordance with applicable law.
-Statutory consumer rights, including those under EU law, remain unaffected.

14. Anti-Bot Protection
To ensure fair access to limited releases, the use of bots, scripts, or automated purchasing tools is strictly prohibited.

-cancel affected orders,
-block accounts or access,
-restrict future purchases.
Such measures are applied to protect the integrity and fairness of product distribution.
15. Fraud & Risk Control

In cases of suspected:
-fraudulent activity,
-unauthorized payment use,
-chargeback abuse,
-resale exploitation,
we reserve the right to:
-suspend order processing,
-request identity verification,
-cancel the transaction.
These actions are taken to protect against financial loss and abuse.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
