1. Right of Withdrawal (EU)
Customers residing in the European Union have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of delivery, without providing any reason.
This right does not apply to personalized or made-to-order products, in accordance with Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
2. Return Conditions
To exercise the right of withdrawal:
-notice must be given within 14 days,
-the item must be returned unused and in original condition,
-handling is limited to what is necessary to assess the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
3. Product Condition & Diminished Value
Returned items are subject to inspection.
We reserve the right to reduce the refund if the product shows signs of use beyond necessary inspection.
4. Premium Packaging
Original packaging is not required for a valid return.
However, where packaging constitutes part of the product’s commercial value (e.g. collectible packaging), its absence or damage may result in a deduction from the refund.
Estimated value: up to 10% or €100.
5. Return Assessment
Each return is evaluated individually, including:
-product condition,
-completeness (tags, accessories, certificates),
-resale condition.
Refunds may be:
-full,
-partially reduced,
-refused (in case of significant damage or use).
6. Refunds
Refunds are issued within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned item.
The refund may be reduced by:
-outbound shipping costs (including complimentary shipping),
-diminished value.
7. Currency & Refund Differences
Refunds are issued in the original transaction currency or EUR.
We are not responsible for differences caused by exchange rates, bank fees, or payment provider charges.
8. Non-Returnable Items
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
-personalized items,
-modified garments,
-made-to-measure products,
-bespoke designs.
